Hello Panther Families,
May has arrived, bringing with it sunshine, longer evenings, and a renewed sense of energy throughout our school. As spring settles in, we’re reminded just how quickly the year has flown by. With only a short time remaining before summer, it’s a perfect moment to pause and appreciate everything our school community has accomplished together.
This year has been filled with memorable moments - from powerful musical performances to exciting athletic competitions. Whether students were on the stage, in the gym, or in the classroom, their commitment and enthusiasm have been evident every step of the way. We are incredibly proud of the effort and perseverance shown by all of our Panthers.
We’d like to applaud our basketball teams for a terrific season. Your hustle, cooperation, and sportsmanship truly stood out and set a great example for others.
A special recognition also goes to the girls’ volleyball team for earning a spot in the county tournament for the second year, an outstanding achievement that reflects your hard work and dedication.
With warmer weather ahead, we’re thrilled to kick off junior and intermediate baseball teams. It’s time to dust off the gloves, swing for the fences, and cheer each other on. Go Panthers!
We’re also counting down the days to the exciting continuation of the Grade 8 trip to Toronto. Students will enjoy a Blue Jays game and a visit to the Rec Room - an experience sure to create lasting memories and lots of smiles.
For our Grade 8 families, it may be hard to believe, but graduation is just around the corner. We look forward to honoring our graduating class and celebrating all they have achieved as they prepare for the next chapter of their journey.
As we move into these final weeks, we encourage everyone to take time to enjoy the beautiful weather, recharge, and make the most of the season - whether that means outdoor adventures or simply soaking up the sunshine.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Let’s finish the year with positivity, pride, and Panther spirit as we make the most of the months ahead!
